New arrivals to Clive Barrington Construction
Isabella
A big welcome to Isabella Urbani who commenced with the team on Monday in her role as an apprentice carpenter. Isabella has completed her pre-trade with SIT and has been landscaping for the past year. Isabella impressed Dave with the pre-employment practical test, with Dave stating Isabella certainly knows how to swing a hammer. Last Friday Isabella was on site with Josh and Lachie and really enjoyed working there, helping to straighten walls and install the rigid air barrier, also putting in steel beams on Monday which Isabella said was cool to see as well. She has also loved working with Ben, demolishing and breaking tiles, and just seeing how a bathroom is put together.
Jono
We are thrilled to have had Jono Taylor start as a Foreman on the 23rd January. Jono brings to his new role a wealth of experience in the building industry, including owning his own business for several years. He has spent time building in our key market segments and will be an asset to the leadership team. Jono says that he loves the team culture and felt welcomed and a part of the team straight away, adding on that all of the staff seem like “good buggers”.
